Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used.

- Analytics — help us measure traffic and improve the site (Vercel Web Analytics).

Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can manage your preferences through our cookie banner or your browser settings.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

International data transfers
House Edge operates in the United States and works with a distributed team and service providers across Latin America. Your information may therefore be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal information internationally and the law requires it, we put in place appropriate safeguards — such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms — to protect it in line with applicable law.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, then delete or anonymize it. Retention periods depend on the nature of the data and our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. For example, we generally keep business-contact and inquiry records for the duration of our relationship and a reasonable period afterward.
Security
We maintain technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and any regulator as required by law.
